hi. my name is matt millisor. i am expierienced in almost every aspect of fiberoptics with the exeption of
arial work. i have ran fibe blowing crews for first south utility, iam currently running a directional drill, i can
operate a trencher, a plow, a backhoe,a trackhoe,and i am no stranger to running large non english
speaking crews. in miami i ran a crew of 20-25 hand digging el salvadorans. i am the man for your job

Need about 20 miles of fiber placed and activated from scratch. Need a cowboy who can direct and work with local help to get it done. Must be flexible and creative, essentially taking responsibility of acting as plant manager for the duration. Nice location to spend the winter months.
