Very interesting philosophy sir. But the only prime contractors that "I predict" will do that are the one's who lost "lock, stock & barrel" on major Adelphia jobs and did not get paid. Because they must "subsidize" current jobs from other MSO clients to "regain" their losses. And your "$15 per hour" prediction would best fit them.
