Re: Empty Baby food jars ???

Some people use them for crafts - put an ad in your pennysaver....but, on the other hand, instead of buying that processed stuff, why not use your blender and puree your own? You can freeze it in ice cube trays and when it's time to feed, just nuke it .... have 3 kids of my own and we didn't use much jar food...at 8 months it's time for that boy to have pizza, not jar food(sunny)!!!! And last but not least, don't raise your child via BOOKS - use your gut instincts and common sense - books and doctors are guidelines, they aren't with that baby 24/7. Merry Christmas to you and good luck.

> I am a new father of a 8 month old boy. We recently started him on baby food. The baby books say we will go threw a estimated 600 jars during his baby food years. My question is does any have any good uses for the emptys ? I know the one where you screw the lid to the bottom of a shelve and use them for small parts and also the recycle bin. Any ideas would be appreciated.
