Telco Asbuilt Pricing

Need bids for as-built of 370 miles of a copper telco in the Midwest. Job will actually start in Spring due to potential snow. Must identify pair assignments for each address. Need to create pole line maps a well.(footage,anchoring,house counts,drop routes etc.)This would be a job best done from a bucket.
