I worked for them in Chester County PA., they had alot of trainees there. just when you had a groundhand trained to do things right, they would yank him away and give you another green one. They paid well but their word doesn't mean crap, after almost getting into numerous accidents because my groundhand and flagger were lazy good for nothings ( I explained to them the simple process of letting one car at a time through the work zone 11 times, at the 12th I called it quits), I packed it in, went back to the shop, (the boss was on vacation, his replacement was dumber then dirt)the supervisor said I should still be working, I explained the danger to traffic with those 2 idiots. He told me to go home, I went to the HR person in WestChester, explained the situation, he said he would take care of it. An hour later he called and said I was fired, seems the groundhand was a bosses son. Nepotism at work, huh. Oh well, no amount of money was worth the B.S., junk trucks, and idiot bosses.
