It wouldn't happen to be Maroof from MJ Broadband would it? We're still waiting for Ervin Cable to get back to us on that, but they have been in contact just at Thanksgiving time and are supposed to be working on it. Good luck. They seem very reputable and willing to work with anyone having issues.
