Maybe we should start calling the cable company to see what is really going on before we leave on a promice that the work is going to be there. Maybe the prime ought to make sure that the story is right before posting on the bar. We have no choice but to put faith in something that we know nothing about. Why is it so hard for people to just tell the truth? If tyhe people hiring would check the project out first and tehn post their findings, it would be of help. Most people go off a phone call and start posting, without ever stepping foot on the project. Case in point: some lady posting 70 cents a trap in Des Moines, Iowa. She knew nothing about the project, and when asked, she could not even answer half the questions. At an average of 4 traps per house, a guy could do pretty good. One problem though: the prime is only paying a company 2.50 per address. Instead of being every pole a guy would drive over a hundred mile a day to hit 50 addresses. At that rate why would the prime still keep 2.50 for himself when he could pay out more to compensate? They are greedy!
