From what I here Comcast has put the rush on the bay area,what was intended to be a 4 yrs build with AT & T,has turned into 2 yrs with Comcast,so needless to say people are working day and night to finish the 3000 mi plant upgrade in 2 yrs.I don't of all the Prime's in the bay area,except one which is Can-Am const. seem's they have the majority of the work there.
