The only company I can comment on from personal experience is CCI. They used to pay with a fairly quick turnaround, but it's the retainage they like to jerk you around with. If they no longer need your services you may be fighting for what's left of it after they're done. Somehow, after your company has either finished the job or has been squeezed out by newly-hired employees, they may find any number of chargebacks. They may even date back to a year or more prior.
