Need Splicers January Start Date-Northern ILL.

Now interviewing Splice companies for work starting in January. Must be able to splice a node a week at a minimum. Work in Northern ILL., so must be able and willing to work in cold weather to start. Ability to sweep own work a plus. Aerial constuction a plus to replace those spans that are bad in your node. Pwr. supply installation a plus. Upgrade to start out, as weather breaks will be moving into rebuild. Must have references and be prepared to have them contacted.
