Construction work

I am looking for employees to work for our company that are not afraid of a little work. We are doing construction In St Louis Pay is on 2 week cycle and based on production. Our crews are 2 man crews 60% 40% split between crew members. We provide truck, gas card, radio, and construction tools, you provide basic hand tools.
Our trucks are late model T 40 with lifts. The work we are doing is easement and roadside.
After 90 days we have Medical and Dental Ins. Paid holidays, After 1 year paid vacation.
