Is it common now for a Lien Waiver be attached to a contractor/sub contract?
Isn't this giving up your right to do anything in the event you fail to get paid properly?
Is this common? Anyone sign these?
Seems like the only thing common about one of these is you can almost gaurantee problems getting paid.
