Not only are they delaying subcontractor checks but also expense checks to ther own employees. All raises were froze over a year ago and they stopped matching contibutions on their 401K. All signs of being strapped for cash. Also, it seems like most of their lay-offs have been at the field level. Lineman, splicers and mid-level managment are getting the boot while the "glass palace" remains intact. They sure look top heavy to me. At this pace they'll be toast in less than a year.
