This meter was sent back to the factory and upgraded-recalibrated on 4/17/01. One of the greatest things about this meter is it has a self calibration feature so if they say your meter is wrong and theirs is right you can set yours to read the same as theirs. I've never done CLI stuff but I understand this meter does it. I was a splicer and it worked great for turn-on especially in the rain as this meter is very water-resistant. 5.2 MHZ to 991.2 MHZ. Comes with an aftermarket charger (I lost the original), manuals and extra battery. $350.00
