ADT II is a spin off of ADT. ADT is under chapter 11 now so they changed there name to ADT II. Looks like they are going to be sticking it to a lot of people. They say they will be giving all contractors there retainage back. But thats a pi**
in the wind. They own Uncle Sam more then $4,ooo,ooo back taxes so I'd say the contractors have very little luck in getting their money. They say ADTII has nothing to do with ADT but yet they have all there assets but only there leasing it from them, Go figure. Best of luck to you if you go to work with them and if they keep a retainage from you it would be best to insist it be put into escrow account where they can't get access to it.
