My two cent worth, in a modern system we try to get between +14.0 to +15.0 dBmV at the output of the multitap. With a 90 feet drop with RG-6 at 750 MHz the signal at the home will be around + 8.5 dBmV and 8.0 dBmV for 870 MHz system. If the house requires more than 2 drops, you'll need to amplify if only one TV signal is required, this level should be OK.
