New Built, Re-Build Consultation

Having problems setting up a project? Construction, Splicing, Retofit and Activation coordination? I have worked major New Builds and Retrofits all over the country being a lead man, field supervisor and Project Manager and through the years I have prefected project coordination.
I work with a few men that are all supervisors but we don't hang around the office, we are always pushed into the major projects or projects that need to be turned around and have a high success rate.
We can come onto your project, set up a node and phase order, research all powering aspects and set up a daily schedule that will not only have the plant up and running by 5:00 everyday but also coordinate MDU work UG and so on and the bottom line, you'll come out smelling like a rose with a finished project on time and to the MSO's specifications.
We are all hands on, also turn key workers meaning anyone of us can go out, hang the strand and cable, splice it and then turn it on, but retrofits are oue specialty. It takes a lot of coordination to pull one off successfully and through the years we have learned how to set these projects up with minimal customer friction.
