Basically, I am going to start splicing on a current AT&T system and have been told that Comcast is taking over mid December. There have been rumors of shutdown and the same of working straight through. Now, I expect the usual X-mas shutdown but, what are the chances it won't start back up in Jan? What directly affects this? I have worked on Comcast systems before and liked the way things went, but have not had the experience of this type of change.
