The sad part of the scenario is that by then, all the truly good cable dawgs with the experience will have said "the hell with it" and gotten out...and the "newbies" will take up the remaining space claiming they're gonna set the world on fire. The cockiness of youth....but some day they too will know that "hindsight is 20/20...." Good luck to all who decide to stick it out and wait....this family is looking toward other options before it gets too late..
