Anybody in Indiana need a solid Cable TV Person

Been in this business 28 years from contracting in the 70's to upper level management in the last year. Name it I have done it or know something about it. There are a few weekness's but not many.
Looking for a real job with a real company. Where i can spend my remaining work days in life ,not only profitable but stable,happy,and helping others to make their way in this business i have made my life in.
The last 4 years have left a bad taste in the mouths of many and a lot of company and contract firms are not what they were due to a lot of reasons. I just want to find a real place without all the hub-bub and crap. Anybody need someone thats real!!! All replys answered.
