Motorized?? Unwrap the bug nut and let the wire go. Put a snap on to a long rope and snap it to the strand. Pull the wire to the next pole or until you can't go any further and cut the wire. We used a pair of sheet metal cutters.

If you aren't delashing all the wire you can forget the snap and just throw the rope over the strand and pull both ends. It doesn't hurt to hang a roller or two especially if it's a long span.
