Overlash--$.40 per foot, plus extras

200 miles in hand, lots more to follow.. We are paying $.40 a foot, and need up to 5 crews. We have the maps and material. Work being issued node by node.
No splicing, just hanging cable.

Paying extra for pole transfers and delash-relash.
