Maybe one of your ports on the multi switch is bad.Are there any obstructions SUCH AS TREES????Check fittings for possible metal chafings.Are you installing recycled boxes.There are many possibilities.Feel free to email with any questions. I would be glad to help you out.I have installed a couple hundred of these if not more.......
