Rogers Cable has the greater Toronto area...they are about done upgrades to 860 and will probably be cutting staff soon. Cogeco Cable has areas along the 401 corridor in Southern Ontario (except Toronto and environs). They aren't doing a lot of rebuild, but are launching VOD. They also might be looking for installers (inhouse and contracted). As far as I know, most contractors around here don't sub a lot. Some of the bigger ones in Toronto proper are Mastec, Wirecomm, Trinity, and Clearview. They may have something. Careful with Mastec though.
