SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

I am a DishNetwork retailer, and have some apartment complexes that want to switch to Dish. My problem is that I don't know how to build a L-Band or QAM system.Also I can't find anyone who knows how. I live in ATL. Please e-mail or call me at home. 770-889-3549 Thanks for any help
