Summary: Responsible for overall system operations in the Houston, Texas market, including new business development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Meets with clients on a regular basis to develop an on-going partnership.
- Ensure sites are properly staffed to meet client’s needs.
- Conducts training utilizing the company’s safety, quality, and customer service practices, policies, and standards. Promotes teamwork and the company’s mission during each class conducted. Also make sure that all OSHA requirements are met.
- Works closely with system to develop criteria for effective OJT training with designated coaches and system trainers. Monitors the progress of certified trainers and coaches.
- Ensure systems have adequate processes to so that inventory, quality control, safety, training, employee relations, administration, payroll, billing, and client communication is on-going and meets company standards.
- Establishes working relationships with operational management company-wide to provide a conduit for promoting the company’s mission and achieving the established objectives of upper management at each system.
- Responsible for growing existing and new business.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three years related experience in operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and trainees.
- Ability to utilize Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Inventory software and Internet software.
- Physical requirements: the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- This position requires 30% travel time. More time may be required to meet the demands of providing quality internal customer service.
- SCTE, SBCA, and/or other Industry Certifications preferred
Annual salary $62,000-$70,000
