Iam looking for a few splicers to add to the crew I have in place, work under my insurance. You need your own tools and truck. Pay is 9 days out after the week worked, 5% retained and is capped at $500. Paperwork is minimal on your side, I take care of the rest of the paperwork so you can get more splicing done. The pay is a cross between piece price and footage pay as to keep all of the running fair. I will go into how the pay works to those interested in working with us.
