They make you do the work and then when the customer doesnt want to pay them after they told you to do the work, then they turn around and back charge you plus a fee!!!! VERY poorly run,management wise, and they take advantage of there employee's terribly. Give all the good work to the contractors and leave the sh@t for the employee's so they can get the old "Brown Envelope" at the end of the week from the contractors. Or how about the fact that they hire family that are contractors? HMMMMMMM
