I tell ya, along with the newbies that enter our world, and think they deserve what we earn, I agree. Step aside and leave the work for those of us who deserve it. When a company offers to totally relocate you, and you are more than willing to bust your ass, for an awesome paycheck, you stick with them. There are still some companies out there who DO care for their employees. I work for one...
