We are a team of two (and sometimes three) technicians who are seeking some good opportunities to make money in other parts of the country.
Both of us have been in the same system (Cox NCF) for a while and know that the money is starting to run out. We are looking into temporarily fulfilling the needs of cable companies that actually take care of their systems.
We are used to very strict standards (always booting any outside connection, replacing all 59 wire, always terminating unused ports (inside and outside the house), etc). Because of this, we deserve top pay and seek it.
Experience includes (besides the basic catv knowledge): Addressable tap systems, Digital/HSD installs, computer repair/networking among other things).
At this time, we are looking for good temporary contract positions such as bulk HSD installs, trap changeouts, stretch to addressable tap changeouts, drop swings. We are not interested in doing sales. Also, since we are just starting to roam out of our system, we are looking to stay within about 1200 miles of Gainesville, FL.
If anyone would like a team of high quality technicians that have their own tools, trucks, meters, etc, you won't be able to pay anyone better than us.
