Exactly what will it take to get a good installer working? We are offering a stable company that has been on Long Island since 89 and works directly with Cablevision. The pay is 70% out. (We know that you need good money and a stable work load.) We offer two week pay out, help with lodging, and incentive pay as well. With all that you would think that there would be more calls. Even with all the people needing work, still guys want more. This is what we have. You won't find a better deal from any other company or prime. I don't know exactly what the other primes are offering, but I can asure you that they aren't going to spoon feed you a job with any more incentives than that.
