Need a little dirt to go with that?

Is it appropriate for the wife of a vice president for a prime to work as a personal secretary for the MSO's person in charge of upgrade?
Let's review:
First of all this was in Fla. and it relates to a company that is in Chapter 11.
The woman's last name was Smith, her husband was Vice Prez. for then MichCom.
She was secretary for K. Gangwer who was in charge of all upgrade and rebuild operations in Fla.
She was privy to information regarding other contractors including bids, pricing and invoicing.
Seems to me the Florida department of Professional Regulation should look into this and other info I might have..
I post this only for the interests of other contractors that worked in this system from 1999 through 2001 and might have had some questions as to why things didn't seem to be quite on the "up and up" if'n ya know what I mean.
I'll be filing this with the Fla. Dept. of Prof. Regulation and keep ya posted when I find out more.
