Increased return levels


It sounds like you upgraded Content bandwidth. In the process you were probably pointed to a differnt router. The tech who entered in the new routes probably also changed you incoming reverse level setting.

Just a guess but I had the same thing happen to me. The data guys can change levels on all your modems.
