Re: BEWARE of CABLE TECHS OF AMERICA

I have said this, time and time again. Go to the systems contract administrator or the GM.. Tell them you have not been paid for your work. Insure that your work is well documented, you should have some sort of sub-contract agreement with CABLE TECHS of America, bring that with your documentation, consult with an attorney, explain to the system that you will file a mechanic's lien against the system, do this in the form of a professionally written letter, not one that sounds like you are whining about the situation. If you loaned out your tools without someone signing for them, shame on you!! Deal with this in a professional manner and you will get somewhere.Good luck....(bigsmile)

> (thumbdn)CABLE TECHS OF AMERICA is a company that lies to you and steals your paychecks and your tools that you politely allowed them to use on their jobsite. BEWARE! (2gun)CABLE TECHS OF AMERICA will promise nothing but lies. Please don't find out the hard way like we all did. Why do you think they are posting an ad on here for workers. (bash)ALL of us that worked for CABLE TECHS OF AMERICA in several other states DID NOT get PAID as promised. CABLE TECHS OF AMERICA lies and steals from their employees because they spend your earned paychecks on their selfish bad habits! Don't make the mistake we all did, learn about the truth NOW before it is too late and you are stranded from home with no money and no way home!(splat)
