Re: Increased return levels


Not really enough info....but check these out.

1.Look at your qam with a spectrum analyzer and make sure there is nothing interfering with it like a sweep generator. It will cause intermittent problems and randomly kill modems.

2.Look at your flap list in your router and see what your common points are......high saturation rate....return Q.P.S.K. maxed out......are the affected modems on the same street....same node......same hub....same headend. If you are not farmiliar with the router send me your I.P. address and I can telnet in and diagnose your problem for you.

I really need more information.
