I believe it is IRS publication 463 that lists per deium prices for Lodging and Meals & Incidentals. You don't actually have to expense your actual costs, you can use the allowable per deium, but the catch is you have to pick ONE method per year.
You can print it off the IRS website for a quick and handy reference.
