Direct sales crews and managers are needed immediately throughout the US. $250 direct sales retainage is held at a rate of 10% per check until a total of $250 is obtained. Retainage is released 90 days after separation. ICT pays weekly, pays for first 2 weeks of lodging, up to $125 per person, and assists with further lodging on a per sale basis after the initial 2 weeks are up.
