You did your best to try and motivate things....but it just became a free for all. I am beginning to think it's every man (or woman) for him/herself at this point. If the price isn't right, then don't take the job. But if you take the job, don't complain about the prices not being what you want or expect. And finally, if all else fails, find another line of work. That is gonna be the philosophy in this household for now. Much luck to you and all others in your decisions.
