one of the primes Par Electric (or use to be ) now has closed its tele-comm division Makes u ask why Other primes K&W underground plus others questionable not saying you are but i worked there before during the Jones now Comcast rebuilds also worked on the old Telecable and American systems (now T.W.) and I know alot of the locale dawgs and ever time we here the prices (checked from the start) we L.O.L cause we heard the specs and the prices for the mostly rear easement from h--- work so change our minds and you would probably get alot of excellant splicers.
