Not famliar with your particular job but I will tell you to HOUND THEM EVERY DAY THREE TIMES A DAY and send them copies of whatever they need, and DOCUMENT IT. Get the name of every single person you speak to....I managed to get more than half of my husband's retainage back late last year from a project he had finished 6-7 months earlier...it wasn't the full amount, but it was better than nothing....Good luck.
