Re: What are good prices?


So you think that the prime should take the risk and only make 5% on the job. If that was the case then there is no way in the world I would attempt to sub out any work. We are not a paper contractor, we have our own trucks, crews and warehouse. I disagree with some on the board that think that it is the little guys that are causing this price crunch. I have heard some of the prices that some larger contractors are paying subs, and they are below what my in-house guys make. Good Luck to all.
