Your thoughts are nice ideas but in actuality, how does a person get information on a potential company they are going to work for? In reading some of the postings, you have to take them with a grain of salt, but there have been some valid issues that have prevented some from making mistakes and signing on with a company that may not pay, etc. We all learn from other's mistakes, and then make our own anyway....using a lawyer or going to court should be a last resort...and that is why so much is said on the bar, I think...Just my opinion, and a different slant on things.
> It's been a while since I've posted here, but the current round of bashing various contractors, people and the MSO's compels me to reply. If you have a beef use the appropriate forum. Go to a lawyer or small claims court or do whatever gets the result you are looking for.Reading all of the nonsence posted here is an embarrasment to those of us who try and make a living in this crazy racket.Get real folks, if you haven't noticed,no one seems to have gone out of business because of a posting on line. As a matter of fact it is the poster who ends up looking like the bad guy or a complete moron in some of the posting that have been floating around.People who do quality work and address their issues in a proffesional manner don't need to post their gripes here because they are busy working.I'm not saying that people arn't getting screwed, I'm just saying that there are better more effective ways of dealing with these things.
