Unfortunatly, many people are at a loss...Including myself.. I'm in at $4.54 and personally I believe the price will go up.. So I'm holding.. Check out CHTR on YAHOO finance and read the messages on the CHTR board.. Don't believe everything there ,but I have picked up some info there..
