Motorola DSR-4400MD Firmware Download off AMC1

I'm currently installing a SA digital headend and I was told by a couple of Networks that the DSR-4400MD has a bug in the firmware. The bug causes the receiver to lose authorization each month. I was told about a upgrade on the firmware an sat amc1.I have not been able to get the download to take.If can point me in the right direction I would be greatful.
