You would need a meter that has a range of 5Mhz to 2.1 Ghz and I dont know if they make a hand held affordable meter with that range.....I have a Spectrum Analyzer that will go from 1khz to 26 Ghz but you will pay thirty thousand dollars for it......I would get a signal level meter with return capability and buy a cheap Bulz-I-Econ for sat peaking it is a cheap analog meter with a tone that will help you with any sat peaking that you need .....About 40 Dollars.

There is a PSA33A Spectrum analyzer that will measure 1 to 2.1 ghz for about 2,599 from Dawn test equipment.
