Obviously you are learning you won't have a leg to stand on in court. As for your example you are trying to make to questionable business ethics of primes, your reputation is preceding you as a subcontractor. The prime you are SLANDERING has not performed anything unethical. Should there be a time when you are opposite each other in court, will you have as many backing you as he will? Character witnesses carry a lot of weight. Obviously, you will be standing alone. Again, Good Luck to you.
