Dude, you are probably out of luck on that one. Any money owed to Winn Caribe before June 24th will be settled through the court and may be as low as 40 cents on the dollar. If you invoiced for work done after June 24th, the company should pay you since as of that date Adelphia is allowed to pay full invoice within 60 days.
Winn Caribe may not be able to afford to pay anyone due to having to work for free to correct the mistakes in N.W. Orange County. Good luck bro.
