Advancement lies in the hands of the individual. If you work hard and maintain a positive image at all times, you will go far. If you jump on the GIBRONIE train and act like a rubber neck you will be tossing cable for the duration. Up and down in a bucket truck is not hard on a person. If you gaff every day that is a different story. Ask some of the old school boys who have plastic knee's.
