> Amen to that, everything I have heard from him on here is he is the best splicer there is. If I can not splice I would do construction or something else before EVER going back to installs. I have hair halfway down my back and a lot of TATTS and will not kiss someone's backside to do installs, but if I wanted to do them bad enough I would have hid my hair under a hat and not showed tatts till getting the job, then you would have known if it was discrimination. Also if you are from the area you talk about there is plenty of work in Chicago and St. Louis so why go to S.C.??? I am from the south and am splicing in the mid west so go on the road and splice and quit gripeing R. White!!! P.S. if you want a job bad enough let me know Mr. Super Splicer and I can get you on with the Co. I am with and we will find out how good you really are.
