Yeah, there sound alright!
Only because maybe they took all the assets from one company including all the retainage and then filed Chapter 11, and stuck the contractors.Just changing your company
name doesn't make a sound company and if anybody works
for a company that runs a business that way. Then they should
be very careful about doing any work for them and let them
hold any kind of retainage.
